   1. What is Piion?

      Piion is a venue for everyone to share and collaborate their written works with others around the world

      Specially for students to:

          Sell/swap textbooks to other students
          Find a roommate
          Find special deals
          Sell their stuff
          Find jobs/Internship
      

      All at your own campus.

   2. How do I select the category when uploading a document?

      When uploading, you need to click on the selected document in order to fill in the category sections on the right side.

2. Managing profile and documents:
   1. How do I manage my documents?

      After you login, go to MyPage -> My Documents (left hand side) -> Then you can edit or delete your document.

   2. How do I upload or change my profile picture?

      After you login, go to MyPage -> Change Avatar

   3. How do I change my password?

      After you login, go to MyPage -> Change Password

   4. How do I edit my personal information?

      After you login, go to MyPage -> Update Profile

3. Piion Loop:
   1. What is Piion Loop?

      Piion Loop is a place where students can go to their campus to sell textbooks, find a roommate, make class discussion and much more.

   2. How come I cannot find my university in Piion Loop?

      Piion just launched and only contains selected colleges. Please create your own university loop by go to MyPage -> Create your own loop. After creating your university loop, you will find it in the Piion Loop.

   3. Can I create a textbook for sale sub-group in a university loop?

      YES, you can create a sub-group of ANY KIND in your university loop.

   4. Where do I go to sell my textbooks to other students?

      Go to Piion Loop -> Go to your campus group page -> Go to the textbook for sale room

   5. How do I post in order to find a roommate?

      After you login, go to Piion Loop -> Your University loop -> Roommate Wanted. If you don't find a Roommate Wanted group under your university loop, then you can add one by clicking on the "Add sub-group". Please remember that you need to join a group in order to make any posting

   6. Do I need to join a group in order to post?

      YES, the "Join this group" is on the left hand side

   7. Can I post pictures in my posting?

      YES, you can upload up to 5 pictures

   8. How do I delete my posting?

      After you login, simply click on the red "X" mark or click on the "Delete" when viewing the posting

   9. What is "add-sub group" mean?

      Piion allows you to create a sub-group at your campus. For example, you can create a sub-group for your chess club at your campus.

   10. How do I change a group picture?

       Go to Administration -> Change Avatar

   11. How do I change a group profile?

       Administration -> Change group profile

   12. How do I delete a group?

       Administration -> Delete this group
